About Us
We are a BY APPOINTMENT fitness facility.  To provide this high level of fitness, we believe that qualified supervision is essential.  Our mission is to provide the best and therefore uninterrupted coaching to our members. Walk-ins are discouraged except during 'open gym' sessions.  Please check the schedule for these sessions.  Your best option is to book an appointment by emailing us at crossfitbradford@gmail.com and setting up a time to speak with a trainer and experience a FREE workout.


At CrossFit Bradford we offer small group classes or one-one-one sessions led by a qualified CrossFit trainer.  Each class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally.  We strive to bring elite fitness to all individuals, regardless of their current fitness level, but beware - we are not a typical gym.  There are no machines, no smoothie bar and no excuses.  You will find the tools you need to get more all-around fit - things like barbells, kettlebells, rings, ropes, pull-up bars, and medicine balls.  You’ll also find trainers who will help teach you and guide you to reach your fitness goals.  


Simply click on our schedule and then choose a time that works for you.  Should you find that there would be a better time to schedule your WOD (workout of the day), please email us with it - we’ll do whatever we can to accommodate you!

AS WE GROW, SO DO OUR CLASS TIMES!  Our current scheduled class times are there because our members want them there!  Need a better time? Let us know!
