Member of the month is Shannon M! 

Shannon has been at CFB since January 2019, starting with our Diapers and Dumbbells program after the birth of her son, and moving into BPM and CrossFit.

Shannon has done an incredible job transforming her health and lifestyle while balancing two children, her career, and family schedules. She is one of the most positive, hard working athletes in the gym and an amazing example to those of us that may use a "lack of time" as an excuse to get in a workout. 

Shannon tackled our recent nutrition challenge head on, participated in our intramural AND signed up for her first CrossFit competition.

Shannon, we are so proud of how hard you've worked, and how far you've come. You rock!
