2017 Goal Setting!

What are you hoping to accomplish this year?

Your first pull up? Running a 5k in under 30 minutes? Losing 15lbs? Whatever your goal, we want to help you achieve it.

On Saturday, our members and their families joined us for our 2017 Kick Off event we sweat, we ate, and we put pen to paper (wellchalk to board) on what we hope to accomplish this year.

If you missed the event, be sure to talk to your coach in class this week and put your goals in writing.

Well be hanging our goal boards up on the wall at the end of the week!
