2017 Goal Setting!

What are you hoping to accomplish this year?

Your first pull up? Running a 5k in under 30 minutes? Losing 15lbs? Whatever your goal, we want to help you achieve it.

On Saturday, our members and their families joined us for our 2017 Kick Off event – we sweat, we ate, and we put pen to paper (…well…chalk to board) on what we hope to accomplish this year.

If you missed the event, be sure to talk to your coach in class this week and put your goals in writing.

We’ll be hanging our goal boards up on the wall at the end of the week!

Can’t wait to see what you achieve in 2017.
