CrossFit Bradford is hiring a Front Desk Administrator!

Our growing business is currently looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrator. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and a friendly disposition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage gym operational processes using ZenPlanner, UpLaunch, Acuity, SugarWOD
  • Manage retail inventory
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
  • Customer relationship management including new customer integration
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and sales process
  • Assist coaching staff whenever necessary
  • Social Media Management
  • Daily Email Communication
  • Run Errands
  • Keep Facility Clean
  • Support management in other duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects

Customer-service oriented

Extremely organized

Must have superior typing skills

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with MS Suite and Google Suite

Familiarity  with and interest in CrossFit training is preferred, but not mandatory

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

First Aid Certificate is preferred.

Hours (may not be exactly as shown below):

Monday: 2pm-7pm

Tuesday: 9am-2pm

Wednesday: 2pm-7pm

Thursday: 9am-2pm

Friday: * as needed
