Returning to fitness after having a baby is hard. The female body is different postpartum, and finding time to workout with a newborn is a whole other battle.

Our Diapers and Dumbbells class is back for September, and is designed to support postpartum healing, create a safe space for moms, and give them the tools they need to effectively incorporate techniques to heal the core and pelvic floor in their exercise routines after baby is born.

Whether your body is doing things you didn’t expect it to, or if you’re feeling totally symptom free – we’ll get you moving and ensure you’re staying safe in your recovery. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, and no CrossFit background is required.

If you have a new mom in your network who you think would benefit from joining us, don’t hesitate to send this along. Each class is limited to 10 moms and their babies.
