Laura was first introduced to CrossFit in 2009, with Fight Gone Bad – which still remains her favourite CrossFit workout. Laura loves inspiring athletes to achieve things they never thought possible in the gym. Her goal is to show people from all backgrounds and ages that fitness should be a priority in their lives.

“I love CrossFit because it showed me I am capable of things I didn’t know I could do. CrossFit has not only made me physically stronger, but mentally as well. I love that CrossFit empowers people of all backgrounds, and builds community. As a coach, I love watching people achieve things they didn’t know they could.”
