Favourite CFB memory: Competing with other CFB athletes!

Favourite thing about being a coach: Getting the opportunity to work with people to help them move perform physical and mentally better every day they are in my class. Getting to be a role model and life coach in whatever capacity our members need. I do it cause I love to help. We are all growing and learning and getting to support people at CFB through that is amazing.
