Group Class

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains. We practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, we master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, and sit-ups. We bike, run, swim and row. Every day we mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy.
